25 Pull-Ups
50 Bench Press at 50% of Max
2nd Gate Run
50 Air Squats
100 Abmat Sit-Ups
25 Box Jumps
50 KB Swings
25 Strict Press (75#/65#/45#)
50 Back Extensions
