A. 2 Press/ 4 Push Press x4 (rest 3 mins between sets)
B1. 3 Deadlift x5 (rest 10 sec)
B2. 10 Burpees x5 (rest 3 mins between sets)
C. 15 GHD Situps x4 (rest 1 min between sets)
done fast, didn't look at time I liked it, pretty easy though more strength required than hard physical exertion. YOUR DAUGHTER IS SO CUTE <3333 please bring her everyday, thanks
