OTM x6 (18 min):

Min1: 10 Burpees

Min 2: 20 Mountain Climbers

Min 3: 30 sec Plank



Ex) 

If it takes 30 sec to do 10 burpees, then you have 30 sec to rest before you start Mountain Climbers. 

Cycle through 6 sets which will take 18 min, since you start at the top of each minute.
